I Know Why Trump Won

Because she laughed too much. How could we like someone so silly? The cackle was disconcerting, and I'm sure you'd agree that no serious Presidential Candidate should be made a meme.

Because she was childless. There's no way to feel for the youth without pushing at least one out of your vagina, just like every dignified President who came before her. And after all, nobody keeps you humble like your children. (Or accuses you of as many crimes...)

Because her policy was vague. I mean c'mon, who runs on a promise to deliver $50,000 for every small business? Communists? The American public is not to be toyed with, and we're not fools. We can tell when a campaign is half-baked.

Because Joe Biden stepped down too late, and she never really stood a chance. Without a primary, we just didn't put our best foot forward.

Because Trump went on Joe Rogan while Harris forced Barak Obama to scold young black men on the campaign trail. Nobody likes moral sanctimony.

Because Trump was shot on national television, and Harris's 60 Minutes interview was obviously edited. How can we trust someone who lies?

Because Harris was the incumbent, and the economy was shit. Well, unemployment and inflation were at record lows and the S&P had risen 20% in ten months, and those are the only metrics we ever use when measuring economic health in every other situation, but it doesn't support the narrative here, so...*waves hand*...just trust me, it was bad!

Because when the silent majority speak, it's inherently more conservative than the SJWs on TikTok would have you believe. Her values just didn't align with America's. We're much more in agreement with a raping racist capitalist whose own wife can't stand next to him for five consecutive minutes. Obviously.

I'll drop the satire facade for a second to tell you that it's none of that. It's far simpler, and far stupider. It's a sentiment that has become the thesis of this blog over the years: once we decided unimaginable loss was a price worth paying for an imagined ideal of freedom, the number of deaths ceased to matter. We'd trade a million lives for our desire to do whatever the hell we want

Well, that and misogyny. We'd trade a million lives before letting a woman do whatever the hell she wants, too.
